The buyer is responsible for paying customs duties / VAT on receipt of the package or any handling fee with the local carrier.
Orders Tracking
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier’s information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. You can track your items on the carrier’s official website 24 hours a day.

Occasionally, we may have to cancel an order we are unable to send out due to prohibitive shipping to some areas of the world, but we always try to ensure our product is available to everyone.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Your order is held for two hours after it is placed to allow for any necessary changes to billing/shipping addresses or item sizes and colors! Please contact us immediately.
If your order has already been printed and shipped, unfortunately changes cannot be made to it.If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care, and we’ll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.
Do I need an account to place an order?

Can I cancel or refund my order during in transit?
If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. If your order is in transit already, you won’t be able to cancel or request a refund before it reaches you.
I've placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?
Since we have many different warehouses, we don’t have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item probably will be shipped separately. So you’ll probably receive one item before the next. Don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once… Rest assured, they will get to you.
